Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital e-books, online notes, and mock tests are final once accessed or unlocked in My Library. We encourage students to review free sample material before purchasing.
2. Physical Books
Orders for physical publications may be cancelled before shipment. If you receive a damaged book, please report it within 48 hours for a replacement.
3. Duplicate Payments
In the event of accidental duplicate charges due to payment gateway delays, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
